【使い方】
１、お茶ミルの中に大さじ１～２杯の茶葉、またはゴマを入れる。
２、フタを閉め、お茶ミルの棒を手のひらの中央で押しながら回し、手のひらのマッサージにもなります。
３、完成！ゴマなら30秒、お茶は約２～３分で粉茶になります。
