汎用プレス機を使ってプレート折り曲げに使用する、1本ミゾ・メス簡易金型100㎜タイプです。

市販、または自作の油圧プレスなどに取り付けて、鉄板、アルミ板などの折り曲げに使用します。

通常はオス金型と組み合わせて使用します（この出品にはオス型は付属しません）

別に出品の油圧式プレートベンダー10tonタイプの標準セット品と同じものです

材質は鋼材（S45C）で、上部に高周波焼き入れ処理してあります

外径寸法は、高さ38mm、幅50mm、長さ100mm.です。

Vミゾの角度は87度で、Vミゾ幅は40㎜、です。

表面処理は錆止めメッキ仕上げとなっております
