◆ガラムマサラとは◆
何種類かのスパイスを使ったミックススパイス。ヒンディー語で、Garam Masalaの「ガラム」は暑い（熱い）・辛い、「マサラ」はスパイス・混ぜるという意味があります。

このスパイスの配合は多種あり、カルダモン・クローブ・シナモンだけのシンプルな組み合わせや辛みを出すための配合、

好みや料理に合わせた配合などがあります。

仕上げの香り付けに使われることが多いですが、味付けとして使われることもあります。
