今でこそ、手造り、甕仕込み、黒麹の言葉が一般的に使用されていますが、昭和61年から仕込み甕と木桶の蒸留機、釜など、細部にこだわり、手造りに取り組んできました。
焼酎造りの心を大切にしたいという願いから、全ての行程が昔ながらの甕壷仕込みの焼酎。
黒麹と最上等のさつまいもを使います。
