縁起の良い3羽の鶴が戯れているラベルの泡盛で、地元宮良（石垣市）では祭りや宴に欠かせないお酒です。直火釜での蒸留をはじめ、昔からの道具や手法を使して手間と時間をかけて造る泡盛。家族3人の手で丁寧に造るため、生産量も少なく沖縄県内でも手に入りにくい泡盛のひとつとなっています。穀物系の香り、コクと少しの酸味が口の中に広がります。後味はすっきりまろやか。
