‘Good Morning America’, originally issued in 1981, was the band’s sixth album and crafted with two new members, drummer Bob Henrit and guitarist/vocalist John Verity, both formerly of Argent and fresh from former CBS great white hopes Phoenix. With band leader Terry Thomas at the production helm, and released on RCA records, the intent was to craft an album that would push Charlie into the musical super league, alongside Toto, Queen and Styx. Sadly, due to record company shenanigans, it was not to be.
