使用方法

【黒豆の煮方】１、黒豆を水洗いします。２、豆以外の調味料（砂糖、重曹、醤油、水）を沸騰させ、火を止めて豆を入れます。３、蓋をし、一晩つけておきます。（※あら熱を取る必要はありません）４、中火にかけ、あく抜きをします。５、水を入れ（水の分量⇒黒豆：水＝2：1）、弱火にし落とし蓋をします。６、お好みの硬さで火を止めて完成です。
