We do not use any food additives such as seasonings, preservatives, or colorings. 200度に温めた油に入れ、2分ほど浸しておくと丸く膨れてきます。きつね色になってきたら出来上がりです。まだ熱いうちに、塩やお好みの調味料（例：チリ、ガーリックなど）を振りかけてお召し上がりください。 * Heat oil to approximately 200 degrees Celsius. * Completely submerge Pork skin Pellets in the oil for about 2 minute until it puffs up . * Continue stirring till the pellets is cooked and crispy. Then remove from the hot oil and set aside to drain excess surface oil * You may add salt or your choice of seasoning ex. chiIi , garlic ,etc. Apply seasoning immediately while the chicharon is still hot.
