栃木県那須高原でにんにく栽培を13年しております。

にんにく品種は、青森県原種の福地ホワイト六片となります。

高い糖度と粒の大きさは大変好評です。黒にんにく製造は、自前の機器で10年やっております。

極みの経験と勘により最適温度と絶妙の水分調整、十分に時間をかけた熟成により苦味の一切ないしっとりとした

食感と甘みに仕上がっていると思います。皮表面はべたつきはありません。

地元の産直で販売させてもらっておりますが、たくさんのリピーター客様にご愛顧いただいております。

粒揃い２5０gで実測 40個でした。（参考値）

お品は無選別ですが、ほとんどは形の整った良品粒です。（写真参照）
