収穫は１０月中旬ごろになります。収穫から3ヶ月ほど経過していますので、熟成も充分です。

２L以上になりますと、「焼き芋」には大きいようにも感じますが、意外と焼き芋屋さんからの注文もあります。

焼き芋のほか「干し芋」や「天ぷら」にも、ちょうど良い大きさですので、無駄なく使えて、コスパも良好です。
