Yamagata pref. HACCP certified.We use natural soft groundwater obtained in our own well for the material. We also use 100% rice produced in Yamagata, except for yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo pref. and omachi in Okayama pref.We brew unique sakes which consists of kuraboito's soul and heightened skill.This GI Yamagata certified sake is brewed from sake rice 100% produced in Yamagata and soft groundwater with 300 years traditional skills." 原材料・成分 米（山形県産）米麹（山形県産米）
